PTO Registration is OPEN!

Registration for the Montgomery Elementary School PTO is FREE and now open for the 2023-2024 school year. The below link will allow you to set up an account with Membership Toolkit, or log in if you already have an account. 

Please note that registering with Membership Toolkit is NOT the same as joining the PTO, so be sure to complete the full process. Our goal is to have 100% PTO participation each year!

The PTO depends on the generosity of our families to provide financial and volunteer resources to enrich the experience of our students beyond the needs supported by DeKalb County. We ask for a suggested donation of $150* per student, 100% of which goes directly to the school.

Donations can easily be made online during PTO registration or any time after you have registered and are logged in.

It's tax deductible, and 100% of donations and Company Matches go directly to MES!

*Any amount is welcomed and appreciated! Please give the best you are able. Please note that the class dues paid at the beginning of the school year go toward class parties and are separate from any Enrichment Donations.

We encourage everyone to make a Community Enrichment donation. Since our school only does one fundraiser each year, we rely on Community Enrichment donations to start the school year. Your generous donations allow us to support our teacher and school needs that are not met by the county. 

Our PTO provides many resources for our school, including:

• Teacher training for virtual instruction

• School licenses for virtual tools

• Supplemental instructional materials (including Wordly Wise and Math Manipulatives)

• Additional cleaning supplies and sanitizer

• Accelerated Reader

• Technology and equipment

• Cultural arts and events

• Teacher training and support

• Software and learning tools

• Classroom supplies

• Music and art programs

• Educational resources for the classroom

Corporate Matches

If you work for a matching gift company, please provide us with your employer’s matching gift form to double your donation! Matching gifts are a quick and easy way to increase your contribution to the school. To set up a company match, please email Christina Joyner at treasurer@montgomerypta.com. Your support of Montgomery will directly benefit our children and our community!
